Would you or your organization like to host an event in our Pasadena Design Studio?

We open the Studio as a support and resource for the community.  We are your host, and there is no obligation whatsoever.  We just wish to give back to those working on projects that make a difference in the community. As women, we want to honor those who donate so much time to help a diverse array of meaningful causes.

If you would like to have a party for your volunteers and hard-working ladies, with a fun fashion presentation or speaker on topic of interest, please email stylebar@TRUUdesigns.com.

Honoring the leadership of the Cancer support network with scarf-tying demonstration by TRUUdesigns Fashion Consultant Catherine de Castelbajac.

Support this important work:  During the month of October TRUUdesigns is donating 20% of net sales using code OctoberCure20 at checkout to the Susan G. Komen Los Angeles County foundation. TRUUdesigns is proud to support this crucial effort to cure breast cancer for all americans.

Women at Work Serving the greater Los Angeles area, Women At Work is a nonprofit job and career resource center committed to helping women reach their full employment and earning potential.

The Afghan Women’s Writing Project (www.awwproject.org) was founded in May, 2009 to help nurture and support the long-silenced voices of Afghan women. Since then, the volunteer-run, grassroots project has provided women in Afghanistan weekly online workshops, published hundreds of their essays and poems online, and, most recently, opened the Women’s Writing Hut in an undisclosed location in Kabul to give AWWP our writers a space to write, drink chai and find community.
