Our Stylist consultant will assist you with the choice of your personalized fit, style options and fabrics as well as completing the outfit for your special occasion or just simply everyday look.

Shipping and Returns Information

TRUU COLLECTION styles are made for you within 4 weeks of your order. The link to the sizing is on the Front of the COLLECTIONS page and here for your convenience. Click here for sizing chart for TRUU COLLECTION STYLES

For certain styles the delivery may be longer and is indicated on the page accordingly. We will confirm within 2 days of your order the estimated shipping date.

We have certain Styles on hand in our Design Studio in Old Town Pasadena from which we offer shipping by Fed Ex or US Postal Service internationally. You can also select express overnight delivery. You may also pick-up in Studio with no shipping or handling charge.

TRUU Linen styles are available as Ready-to-Wear styles and also available for custom order in the Linen color of your choice or with personalized fit.

Guest Collections: We also offer some Ready-to-Wear styles in our guest collections. In Studio today we offer the Jonano eco chic Ready-to-Wear collection that includes styles chosen for their buttery – soft feel and completely sustainable fabrications. These styles ship within 3-5 business days either directly from our studio or are drop-shipped directly from the Guest designer’s studio.

All returns of custom orders are for Store Credit. We include alterations as needed for Personalized Fit orders in the price as part of our service within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Gifts

Treat your mom or wife or sister or friend to her dream dress. Our joy is to have each and every woman feel and look beautiful.

We offer Special Gift packaging and Gift Certificates upon request.
